Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Processing times may vary during holidays, high-volume periods, or due to circumstances outside our control.
Shipping Time
Our estimated standard shipping transit time within the United States is 6–11 business days after the order has been processed. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Shipping Rates
Standard U.S. shipping is $8.00.
Orders of $70 or more qualify for FREE standard shipping.
The final shipping charge will always be displayed at checkout before payment.
Tracking Information
When tracking information is available, customers will receive it after their order has been shipped. Please allow some time for tracking information to update after shipment.
Multiple Packages
Some orders may contain products supplied from different fulfillment locations. As a result, items from the same order may arrive in separate packages and at different times. You will not be charged additional shipping because an order is divided into multiple packages.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error in your address, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address.
Delayed or Missing Packages
Occasionally, shipments may be delayed due to carrier issues, weather, holidays, customs, or other circumstances outside our control. If your package appears significantly delayed or you experience a delivery problem, please contact us and we will assist you.
