Welcome to RR Deals.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the RR Deals website, online store, products, services, and related features (collectively, the "Services").
Throughout these Terms, "RR Deals," "we," "us," and "our" refer to RR Deals. "You" and "your" refer to any visitor, customer, or other person who accesses or uses our Services.
Our online store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform that allows us to offer and sell our products to you.

We do not guarantee that every product image or color displayed on your screen will exactly match the physical product.

Certain products may have limited quantities and may be subject to our Refund Policy.

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products.
An order is not considered finally accepted until payment has been successfully processed and we have accepted the order.

If you need to request an order change or cancellation, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or canceled after processing or fulfillment has begun.
Products purchased from RR Deals are intended primarily for personal or household use unless otherwise agreed in writing.
SECTION 4 — PRICES, PAYMENT, AND BILLING
All prices displayed on our website are shown in the currency indicated at checkout.
Prices, discounts, and promotions may change without notice, but changes will not affect orders already accepted except where required to correct an obvious error or as otherwise permitted by law.
Shipping charges, taxes, duties, and other applicable charges will be displayed or calculated during checkout when applicable.
You agree to provide accurate and complete billing and payment information.
By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.
Payment transactions may be processed by Shopify or other third-party payment providers. We do not directly control all aspects of those third-party payment systems.
Promotions, discount codes, and special offers may be subject to additional conditions and expiration dates.
SECTION 5 — SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
RR Deals currently offers shipping according to the rates and delivery estimates displayed at checkout and described in our Shipping Policy.
For eligible U.S. orders, our current standard shipping setup provides an estimated transit time of approximately 6–11 business days.
Orders of $70 or more may qualify for free standard shipping, while orders below the free-shipping threshold may be charged the shipping rate displayed at checkout.
Shipping rates, free-shipping thresholds, eligible destinations, and estimated delivery times may be updated from time to time. The shipping terms displayed at checkout when you place your order will control that purchase.
Delivery dates and transit times are estimates rather than guarantees unless we expressly state otherwise.
Orders may be fulfilled and shipped by third-party suppliers or fulfillment partners. As a result, products in the same order may occasionally arrive in separate packages.
Delivery may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including carrier delays, weather, customs processing, incorrect delivery information, high-volume periods, supplier delays, or other transportation disruptions.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
Please contact us promptly if you believe your shipment is lost, significantly delayed, damaged, or delivered incorrectly so that we can review the situation.

SECTION 6 — RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND CANCELLATIONS
Returns, refunds, exchanges, damaged items, incorrect items, and cancellations are governed by the RR Deals Refund Policy.

Nothing in these Terms or our Refund Policy limits any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.

Our store is hosted on Shopify.
Shopify provides the technology that enables us to operate our online store. However, purchases from RR Deals are transactions between you and RR Deals, subject to applicable payment-provider arrangements.
Shopify has its own terms, policies, and privacy practices that may apply to your use of Shopify-powered functionality.

Your submission and our handling of personal information through the Services are governed by our Privacy Policy.
Certain information may also be processed by Shopify, payment processors, shipping providers, suppliers, and other service providers necessary to operate our store and fulfill orders.

You may use our website for personal, non-commercial shopping purposes.
Unless authorized by RR Deals or otherwise permitted by law, you may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, sell, or commercially exploit our protected content.
All third-party trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services when reasonably necessary due to a violation of these Terms, suspected fraud, unlawful activity, security concerns, or other legitimate business reasons, subject to applicable law.
Termination does not eliminate obligations that arose before termination.
